Content strategy for the working class

Content Strategy…for many of us, those two words overwhelm us instantly. We struggle with when to start, where to start and how to incorporate the work into our web processes. Let’s not forget that we are busy people! Where are we going to find the extra time to execute a plan and who is going to pay for it?

After struggling to find the balance between being an actual content strategist and leaving the work up to our partners, we have discovered a balance that is affordable and fits within our web redesign process.

During this session, we will walk through the various steps that can be completed during a website redesign. We will touch on tools and resources that will help make this process manageable for even content strategy newcomers. Finally, we will finish by discussing the components of a governance plan that is essential to ensure that your content is maintained properly long-term.

The goal of this session is to give busy people a plan that is manageable, affordable, and maybe even fun!
